Auto potrafi przyspieszyć od 0 do 100 km/h w 4,5 s. W porównaniu w Ghostem, Rolls-Royce Wraith otrzymał sztywniej zestrojone zawieszenie, by auto lepiej prowadziło się podczas szybkiej jazdy. Zmodyfikowano również układ kierowniczy.
